Terms and Conditions

Sales from our online shop are subject to the following terms and conditions which you are deemed to accept when placing an order.

Retail Terms and Conditions (version: 16th July 2008)

These terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions through this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above).

It is your responsibility to ensure the information you supply to us is correct. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Prices, Payment and Delivery

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. The price you will be asked to pay includes any tax (VAT) payable. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. We accept payment by credit card or debit card at the online shop. UK drawn cheques and Postal Orders can also be used for orders placed by letter. All orders must be paid for in full before goods are dispatched.

All goods remain the property of Miniature Design Studio until payment is received and cleared in full.

All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging. We charge three flat rate prices for delivery depending on delivery location. UK £3.50 Europe £5.50 Rest of World £7.50

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If paying by Cheque, please allow additional time for the Cheque to be processed (usually 4 to 7 working days). If items are required in a shorter period of time, please contact us prior to purchasing to ensure that this is possible. All items are sent using Royal Mail or other reputable Courier. Choice of delivery service is at our discretion.

Change of Mind Cancellations

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) following the day you receive the goods. Any cancellations must be made in writing to the address below. You can obtain a full refund of the purchase price paid (including delivery costs to you) by returning the undamaged product (at your expense) to us. Whilst the goods are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them and must not damage them.

Non-Receipt of goods
As mentioned above, please allow up to 7 working days after receipt of payment for delivery. Please contact Miniature Design Studio within 48 hours after this period of time has elapsed if goods have not been received.
